Yummy Bread Knots

I subscribe to the Rachael Ray magazine. In one issue was this fantastic recipe for Salami Garlic Knots. They are just so tasty. My husband is headed for another mad Risk game, so I made a batch for him to take.
But I made a couple of changes. First, instead of refrigerated pizza dough, I made my own sourdough dough. Takes longer, but it’s oh-so-delicious! Then, in place of the salami I used bacon since I had that on hand. Can’t go wrong with bacon, in my opinion.
