Homemade English Muffins – Yum!

January 27, 2011
I have been cooking through an old sourdough cookbook this winter. First I made my own sourdough starter – now the sky’s the limit.
This week I tried my hand at English muffins. My super wonderful husband bought me English muffin rings at a local kitchen store. I absolutely had to try them out.
So voila!

English muffins fresh from my griddle. Now, I baked them a little bit after cooking them on the griddle to make certain they were cooked all the way through.
And what else to do with delicious, piping-hot muffins but make eggs benedict?
