Spotlight & Giveaway: My Memories Digital Scrapbook Software

September 5, 2011
Recently I was given a copy of My Memories Suite. It’s a digital scrapbooking software.

Now, I’m not really into scrapbooking. Let’s just get that out there. A lot of people are. Many of my friends are amazing, awesome, creative scrappers.

I am not.

I just don’t have the patience, creativity, nor do I take enough photos. I leave them on my computer and on my backup CDs, and that’s pretty much good enough for me.

However, digital scrapbooking, I found, is a lot different. For a person who is more computer-oriented, it’s really an easy alternative. I can download all sorts of great papers and embellishments and quickly put together pages into interesting layouts with the help of the My Memories software.

Plus, I realized that it isn’t limited to just your normal “every day” scrapbooking. I decided to create a recipe page. What a fantastic way to preserve family recipes complete with photos. Add in some stories about making these recipes, and it would surely become a treasured keepsake.

It was so simple to add in photos and text. This page came together in less than 15 minutes. I can easily foresee this becoming a great way to showcase my favorite recipes.

Plus, My Memories offers tons of gorgeous paper packs and embellishments for making your projects look great. I can easily imagine using this digital scrapbooking software for even baby announcements or party invitations.

Want to get your own copy?

Visit My Memories and purchase using coupon code STMMMS37558. It will give you $10 off the My Memories Suite Scrapbook Software and $10 for the My Memories store. That’s a $20 value!

What a great idea. I have been trying hard to scrap both digitally and on paper. I even bought photoshop elements but I haven't figured out how it works yet.
